Refund policy

Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)

You may be entitled to a replacement, or refund if a product or mechanism:

  • Is faulty
  • Is significantly different from its description

We may request:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the product
  • Return of the item

For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, unless required by law.
