Because our products contain natural ingredients:

•    Colour, texture, or scent may vary slightly between batches
•    Products should be stored as instructed
•    Shelf life may vary depending on storage conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ingredients are suitable for their skin.
Before using any new skincare product, we recommend:

•    Performing a patch test 
•    Discontinue use if irritation occurs
•    Consulting a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin or allergies

Botanique Skin NZ Ltd is not responsible for reactions caused by individual skin sensitivities.  Our products are cosmetic products, not medical treatments.
 
4. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to:

•    Refuse or cancel any order
•    Limit quantities
•    Correct pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Promotional codes:

•    Must be used before their expiry date
•    Cannot be combined unless stated
•    Cannot be exchanged for cash
